Word Vancouver 2019 Photos

Better late than never, we thought we’d share a few pictures from this year’s Word Vancouver 2019 event. Pencil Tip had a publishers table at this year’s event and despite two of us being sick with bad colds and flu, we had a great day.  It was fantastic to meet and chat with all the visitors to our table.  Thanks to all of you who picked up copies of our books.

If you attended this year’s event and visited our table we’d love to hear from you.

You can contact Pencil Tip at penciltippublishing at show dot ca or if you’re interested in writing for Chromakey, you can contact us at the same email address.

Word Vancouver Pics

A typical rainy, wet, cold and dreary fall day in Vancouver

It was great meeting, and talking, to those of you who came out to Word Vancouver braving the torrential rain and wind this past Sunday (Sep 30).  Of course it wouldn’t be a typical fall Vancouver day if it hadn’t been pouring with rain.  Sadly due to the inclement weather, attendance at this year’s event was significantly down on previous years.

Our very damp vendor booth

Pencil Tip would like to thank our volunteers Bonnie and Gary who helped man our booth in addition to braving the cold, wind, rain and damp.

Pencil Tip hopes to be making further local event appearances over the coming months.  Keep tuned to the Pencil Tip site (and blog) for details of upcoming event appearances.

Meanwhile here’s a few more pictures from the day.
