Congratulations to Russell McGee (Temporal Logbook II, Sarah Jane Smith: Roving Reporter), Tony Jones (Temporal Logbook II, Sarah Jane Smith: Roving Reporter), Nik Krohn (The Doctor Who Project, Chromakey), Rob Nisbet (Temporal Logbook II, Sarah Jane Smith: Roving Reporter) and our own Richard Peevers having their short plays accepted as part of the 2019 HEAR Now Festival.
This years’ festival is being held June 6-9 in Kansas City, MO.
Destiny Calling by Tony Jones, was selected to be part of NATF Playhouse’s 2019 PODCAST PALOOZA in the BRONZE Division, while Hump Day by Nicholas Krohn was selected to be part of the Festival’s NATF 2019 Playhouse programing. It will be presented as part of the Platinum level program.
The Long Winter by Rob Nisbet, I Was Built To Serve by Richard Peevers, The Clockwork Man by Russell McGee, and Human Resources by Rob Nisbet were selected to be part of NATF Playhouse’s 2019 PODCAST PALOOZA in the GOLD Division.
Also premiering at the Hear Now Festival will Russell McGee’s 79min adaptation of Frankenstein, along with his original play, Ed Wood: The Musical, which Russell wrote the book and lyrics. In addition to the premiere Nick Krohn will be playing Frankenstein.
